Individuality

Every GRSpearman piece is handmade using natural stones and materials. Photos are representative of what you will receive, but the natural grain and texture of the metal and stones will make each piece purely individual, and in our opinion, more desirable.

Pricing

Our pricing is subject to change without notice. We strive to keep the site up to date at all times, but global precious metals and stone markets can fluctuate quickly.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only applied purchases made in New York State.

Timely Delivery

All of our pieces are handmade one at a time here in NYC. We try to keep enough supply on hand to be able to ship items within one week from order. For certain custom pieces it may take up to five weeks for delivery within the United States. If a piece is not immediately ready we will contact you within five business days to give you a shipping estimate.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it in new unused condition in its original packaging within 10 days for a full credit towards other items on www.grspearman.com. Credits are good for 3 months from the date of original purchase. Please contact us prior to returning an item to explain the reason and so that we may provide you with a return number & address. Shipping charges are not refundable. Standard shipping charges will apply for exchanges. We cannot accept returns or exchanges that were purchased from other retailers.

Returns & exchanges are not available for custom pieces.

Care

We recommend against use of steam cleaners and ultrasonic cleaners. Since we use only natural stones it is possible that temperature shocks or ultrasonic vibration could cause fractures to show and or develop. Oxidation forms slower on silver pieces the more they are worn. Another way to avoid oxidation is to store pieces in airtight containers. If oxidation does occur, we suggest gently rubbing the surface with a polishing cloth.

Repairs

Repairs will be completed free of charge for 1 year from purchase date; unless something is broken off or missing. Repairs generally take 2-3 weeks. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs.
